Billing & Subscription Policy

Payment Terms

  • All transactions are securely processed via Stripe.
  • Projects are billed on a deposit-plus-milestone structure: a deposit is due before work begins, with the remaining balance invoiced at agreed project milestones.
  • A missed or failed payment may pause project work until the account is brought current.

Cancellation

  • Projects can be canceled or paused by written request to contact@bsq.agency at any time. Work completed up to that point is billed at the agreed rate.
  • Canceling stops any future milestone invoices but does not refund payments already made for completed work — see our Refund Policy for details.
