Refund Policy

All service agreements at Brandsquare Agency are project-based. Due to the nature of creative and development work, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the terms outlined in the signed project agreement.

Refunds may be considered if a project has not yet entered the design or development phase and a written cancellation request is submitted within 7 days of the initial payment. No refunds are issued for completed or partially completed work.
